Charity Services

The Temple has established a strong tradition of serving the broader community through charitable, educational, and wellness programs that benefit residents across the Greater Cincinnati area. These activities demonstrate our commitment to supporting families, youth, and local institutions:

Addressing Hunger & Supporting Families: The Temple provides weekly contributions to local food pantries and actively supports Mason Elementary School by supplying resources to children. This includes providing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks daily, four days each week, ensuring consistent nourishment for students in need. All associated costs are fully borne by the Temple.

Educational Support for Youth: The Temple organizes a Homework Help & Tutoring Program in which teen volunteers mentor and tutor younger students. In the 2024–2025 academic year, more than 50 tutors have participated, creating a meaningful impact on student learning and fostering a culture of youth service. All costs are fully borne by the Temple.

Wellness, Yoga & Fitness: The Temple offers regular yoga and fitness classes designed to promote physical health, mindfulness, and holistic well-being for community members of all ages. These classes are offered at only a nominal fee, with the Temple absorbing most costs to keep them accessible to the community.

Community Enrichment: The Temple provides additional enrichment opportunities such as Hindi language classes and Abacus training, which enhance cultural literacy and cognitive development in children. These programs are provided at a very nominal fee that covers only basic materials, with the Temple subsidizing the remainder.

Through these community service initiatives, the Temple continues to build meaningful partnerships, strengthen families, and provide impactful programs that uplift the local community.
